Refund policy

We have a strict no-exchange, no-refund policy.  

Each piece is made to order based on your selected size and length, ensuring a customized fit while promoting sustainability.

The only exception to this policy applies only in case of damages, we require photo evidence to determine if the issue originated from our side.   

Once an order is placed, LUNAR is not required to accommodate requests for modifications or exchanges. However, we will do our best to review such requests based on availability and feasibility.
